Marie-Pierre and Vincent have Basque roots. For their wedding, they chose the inland Basque Country, the hills around Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, with the Gamia restaurant as their base.
Two hundred guests, a whole day, four moods: we designed the music for each one, from the first speech to the last track in the club, just as in our guide to the wedding music timeline. On the decks from the first track to the last: Steve, a partner DJ who came over from Switzerland.
The photos on this page are by Ian Morlion: our thanks to him for these images.
Outdoors, facing the mountains. A dedicated sound desk runs everything: microphones for the officiants and loved ones, jingles and special music played at exactly the right moment, and a recording of every speech. Our advice on music for an outdoor wedding.
Once night has fallen, a door opens onto a club built from scratch indoors: a disco ball, dynamic lighting, and the party moves up a gear.
Mixing desks and equipment set up specifically for each space at the venue, and continuous monitoring all day long by our team: the sound stays flawless, from the ceremony to the club.
Thanks to Steve, DJ and to the team at Restaurant Gamia.
Thank you to Marie-Pierre and Vincent for trusting us, and for being such committed newlyweds alongside us.
Thank you and well done to Ian Morlion, the photographer, for these beautiful shots.
Tell us about your project: we'll imagine its soundtrack with you.
