• Quote and contact requests: first name, last name, email, phone, information about your event and the messages you send us through the forms.
• Audience measurement (PostHog, hosted in the EU): without your consent, only anonymous visit statistics are collected, with no cookie or storage on your device. The measurement cookie and the recording of your browsing (input fields masked) are enabled only after your consent via the cookie banner.
• Technical logs: connection data strictly necessary for the operation and security of the site.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your requests and preparing your quotes: pre-contractual measures.
• Ensuring the security and proper operation of the site: legitimate interest.
• Audience measurement and improving the site: consent (can be withdrawn at any time).

4. Recipients & processors

Your data is never sold. It may be processed by our service providers strictly for the purposes above: Resend (sending emails), PostHog (audience measurement, data hosted in the EU) and our host Hetzner (Germany, EU).

5. Retention period

Requests that are not followed up are deleted within 3 years. Measurement cookies have a limited lifetime in line with the CNIL's recommendations.
